Our 360-degree feedback process is designed specifically for legal environments, where credibility, context, and precision matter.

We conduct confidential, one-on-one interviews with partners, associates, and other colleagues who work most closely with the lawyer. This interview-based approach allows us to surface candid perspectives, identify patterns across stakeholders, and capture the nuance necessary to deliver meaningful feedback.
